80 Offence for tampering with or removing a direction or notice
A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person:
(a)
tampers with a copy of a direction or notice while it is displayed under section 79; or
(b)
removes a copy of a direction or notice that has been displayed under section 79 before the direction or notice has ceased to have effect.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
