90 Offence for impersonating an inspector
A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person impersonates another person in that other person’s capacity as an inspector.
Note:
The offence of impersonation of an official by a non‑official, or the offence of impersonation of an official by another official, may also apply (see sections 148.1 and 148.2 of the Criminal Code).
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
