24 Staff of Organisation
(1)
The Chief Executive Officer may appoint such officers and engage such employees as the Board thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Chief Executive Officer may arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999), or with a body established by an Act, for the services of officers or employees of that Agency or of that body to be made available to the Organisation.
(3)
The terms and conditions of service or employment of persons appointed or engaged under subsection (1) are such as are determined by the Board.
