11 Revocation of determination of eligibility
(1)
If:
(a)
the Commission has determined that a person is an eligible person; and
(b)
the Commission subsequently becomes satisfied that the information before the Commission when it made the determination was false in a material particular;
the Commission may revoke the determination.
Note:
Revocations are reviewable under Part 4.
(2)
The Commission must give to the person written notice of the revocation.
