15 Treatment at hospitals and other institutions
For the purposes of this Part, the Commission may:
(a)
enter into arrangements with the appropriate authority of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory for the provision of care and welfare, at a public hospital or other institution operated by the Commonwealth, State or Territory, for eligible persons; and
(b)
enter into arrangements with any other body operating a hospital or other institution for the provision of care and welfare at that hospital or institution for eligible persons.
