24 Request for review
(1)
A claimant who is dissatisfied with:
(a)
a decision of the Commission in relation to a claim under section 8 for a determination that he or she is an eligible person; or
(b)
a decision of the Commission under section 11 revoking a determination that he or she is an eligible person; or
(c)
a decision of the Commission in relation to a claim under section 21 for a determination that he or she is entitled to be paid travelling expenses under Part 3;
may request the Commission to review the decision.
(2)
The request:
(a)
must be made within 3 months after the claimant was notified of the decision; and
(b)
must be made in accordance with section 6.
