30 Additional functions of Commission
(1)
The functions of the Commission include:
(a)
to arrange for the provision of treatment for eligible persons under this Act; and
(b)
to administer payment of travelling expenses under Part 3.
Note:
For the functions of the Commission, see also section 360BB of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.
(2)
The Commission has the general administration of this Act, subject to the control of the Minister.
