36 Giving information
(1)
Nothing in a law of a State or a Territory operates to prevent a person from giving information, producing documents or giving evidence for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Secretary or an employee in the Department may provide any information obtained in the performance of his or her duties under this Act to the Secretary of another Department of the Commonwealth, or to the head of an authority of the Commonwealth, for the purposes of that Department or authority.
