Appropriation

In force

The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for the payment of:

(a)

amounts payable for provision of treatment under this Act (including amounts payable by way of reimbursement under subsection 13(4)); and

(aa)

costs the Commission has accepted financial responsibility for as mentioned in section 13A; and

(b)

travelling expenses payable under Part 3; and

(c)

pharmaceutical supplement under Part 3A.
