24 Presiding at meetings
(1)
The Chair must preside at all meetings of the Board at which the Chair is present.
(2)
If the Chair is not present at a meeting of the Board, the Deputy Chair, if present, must preside at the meeting.
(3)
If neither the Chair nor the Deputy Chair is present at a meeting of the Board, the other Board members present must appoint one of themselves to preside.
