30 Designated committees
(1)
The Minister must establish a committee to be known as the ARC Advisory Committee to assist the Board to determine priorities, strategies and policies for the ARC.
(1A)
The Minister may establish other committees to assist the Board to determine priorities, strategies and policies for the ARC.
(2)
The Minister may dissolve a designated committee at any time.
