39 Addresses to the Takeovers Panel at conferences
(1)
A person who attends a conference may address the Takeovers Panel.
(2)
Subject to subregulation (3), the address of a person to the Takeovers Panel must only deal with matters set out in the statement given by the Takeovers Panel under subregulation 38(1) for the purposes of the conference.
(3)
If the Takeovers Panel invites a person at a conference to address the Takeovers Panel on a matter, the person may address the Takeovers Panel on the matter at the conference.
