8AAAA Delegation

For the purposes of paragraph 102(2)(c) of the Act, a person is prescribed in relation to a delegation of a function or power if the person is:

(a)

a Registrar appointed under the Commonwealth Registers Act 2020; or

(b)

a person approved by a Registrar referred to in paragraph (a), and to whom that Registrar may delegate any of its other functions, as a Commonwealth body, under a law of the Commonwealth; or

(c)

a Registrar appointed under the Corporations Act 2001; or

(d)

a person approved by a Registrar referred to in paragraph (c), and to whom that Registrar may delegate any of its other functions, as a Commonwealth body, under a law of the Commonwealth.
