34HC Destruction of certain records obtained under warrant

The Director‑General must cause a record or copy to be destroyed if:

(a)

the record or copy was made because of a questioning warrant; and

(b)

the record or copy is in the possession or custody, or under the control, of the Organisation; and

(c)

the Director‑General is satisfied that the record or copy is not required for the purposes of the performance of functions or exercise of powers under this Act.
