References to the Attorney‑General

In force

Despite subsection 19(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, a reference in this Act to the Attorney‑General is a reference only to the Minister with that title.

Note:

A reference in this Act to the Attorney‑General may include a reference to a person acting as the Attorney‑General: see subsection 19(4) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
