21 Minister may require reports
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, direct the Ombudsman to give the Minister specified reports relating to the Ombudsman’s functions.
(2)
The Ombudsman must comply with the direction.
(3)
The direction, or the report (if made in writing), is not a legislative instrument.
