15 Resignation
(1)
The Chairperson may resign the office of Chairperson by writing signed by the Chairperson and delivered to the Minister.
(2)
The Deputy Chairperson may resign the office of Deputy Chairperson by writing signed by the Deputy Chairperson and delivered to the Minister.
(3)
An appointed member (other than the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson) may resign his or her office by writing signed by the member and delivered to the Minister.
