25 Variation of corporate plans
The Commission shall, from time to time, during the period to which a corporate plan, prepared by the members of the Commission under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, relates, consider whether a variation of the corporate plan is necessary.
Where the Commission considers that a variation of a corporate plan is necessary, the Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, vary the corporate plan.
Where a variation of a corporate plan is approved by the Minister the plan as so varied shall continue in force on and after the day on which the variation is so approved as if the plan had originally been approved by the Minister as so varied.
