28 Executive Director
(1)
There shall be an Executive Director of the Commission who shall be appointed by the Commission.
(3)
The Commission shall not appoint a member as Executive Director.
(4)
The appointment of a person as Executive Director is not invalid because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
