107 How reports are to be made
(1)
The Secretary may, by legislative instrument, specify either or both of the following:
(a)
information that must be included in a report required by this Part;
(b)
the way in which the report must be made.
(3)
If:
(a)
a person reports an aviation security incident; and
(b)
the report does not comply with any requirements that are in force under subsection (1) when the report is made;
the report is taken, for the purposes of this Part, not to have been made.
