A person is not excused from giving security compliance information under section 109 on the ground that the information might tend to incriminate the person or expose the person to a penalty.

However, if the person is a natural person:

the information; and

the giving of the information; and

any information, document or thing obtained as a direct or indirect consequence of giving the information;
