106 Trustee may administer oaths etc
(1)
A trustee may, for the purpose of carrying out his or her duties under this Division, administer oaths and take affirmations and affidavits, but is not entitled to charge a fee in respect of such an oath, affirmation or affidavit unless he or she is authorized to do so as a Commissioner for Affidavits.
(2)
This section does not apply in relation to the Official Trustee.
