139ZI Notice of determinations
(1)
If the trustee makes a determination under section 139ZG in respect of a person, the trustee must give to the person written notice setting out particulars of the determination.
(2)
A notice given to a person under subsection (1) may be contained in a notice of assessment.
(3)
The time at which a payment is to be made by a person as a result of a determination made under section 139ZG must not be earlier than 14 days after notice in relation to the determination is given to the person under subsection (1) of this section.
