(1)
If, during a financial year, an administrator of a debt agreement administered the agreement, the administrator must, within the period of 25 business days after the end of that year, give the Inspector‑General a return, in the approved form, in relation to the administration of that agreement during that year.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
