258 Presumption about due convening of meetings etc
Subject to this Act, unless the contrary is shown:
(a)
a meeting of creditors or of a committee of inspection in respect of which minutes of proceedings have been signed by a person describing himself or herself as, or appearing to have been, chair of the meeting shall be deemed to have been duly convened and held; and
(b)
all resolutions passed or proceedings taken at such a meeting shall be deemed to have been duly passed or taken.
