70-70 Inspector‑General may direct trustee to comply with the request for relevant material
(1)
The Inspector‑General may, in writing, direct the trustee to give all or part of the relevant material to the person or persons who made the request for the relevant material within 5 business days after the direction is given.
(2)
A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
