113 Inventory by trustee taking possession of, or attaching, property

If, under the Act, a trustee takes possession of, or attaches, the property of a bankrupt, debtor or deceased person, the trustee must, as soon as is reasonably practicable:

(a)

do at least one of the following:

(i)

make, sign and date an inventory of the property;

(ii)

take photographs of the property;

(iii)

make video recordings of the property; and

(b)

give a copy of the inventory, of the photographs or of the video recordings, as the case may be, to any person who has custody of the property or part of the property.
