46 Inspector‑General to inform Official Receiver of ART decision about Inspector‑General’s decision
This section applies if:
a registered trustee of a bankrupt’s estate files a notice of objection under section 149B of the Act; and
the Inspector‑General, under section 149K of the Act, decides to either:
review the trustee’s decision to make the objection; or
refuse to review the trustee’s decision to make the objection; and
an application is made to the Administrative Review Tribunal under section 149Q of the Act for the review of the decision of the Inspector‑General; and
the Tribunal varies or sets aside the Inspector‑General’s decision.
The Inspector‑General must:
give the Official Receiver written notice of the Tribunal’s decision; and
do so within 2 business days after being notified of the Tribunal’s decision.
