21 Agent organisms
(1)
Subject to and in accordance with this Part, prescribed organisms of a particular kind may be declared to be agent organisms for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Action for the declaration of agent organisms in accordance with this Part may be commenced by:
(a)
a unanimous recommendation made to the Authority by the Council; or
(b)
an application under section 22.
