176 Application of this Division
This Division applies in relation to conditionally non‑prohibited goods that must not be brought or imported into Australian territory unless the Director of Biosecurity has granted a permit authorising the goods to be brought or imported into Australian territory.
Note:
A condition specified in a determination under subsection 174(1) in relation to conditionally non‑prohibited goods may require a permit to be granted under this Division authorising the goods to be brought or imported into Australian territory.
