234 Determination is a legislative instrument
Each of the following is a legislative instrument, but section 42 (disallowance) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to the instrument:
(a)
a determination made under subsection 229(1);
(b)
an instrument that varies or revokes a determination made under subsection 229(1).
