312 Application of this Chapter
This Chapter does not apply in relation to, and powers must not be exercised under this Chapter in relation to, any of the following:
(a)
goods that are subject to biosecurity control;
(b)
goods in relation to which an exposed goods order is in force;
(c)
a conveyance that is subject to biosecurity control.
Note:
Part 1 of Chapter 3 deals with goods that are subject to biosecurity control. Division 9 of that Part deals with goods in relation to which an exposed goods order is in force. Chapter 4 deals with conveyances that are subject to biosecurity control.
