355 Form of biosecurity control order
(1)
A biosecurity control order made under section 353:
(a)
must be in writing; and
(b)
must be in the form approved, in writing, by the Director of Biosecurity.
(2)
A biosecurity control order made under section 353 is not a legislative instrument.
