398 Revocation of biosecurity activity zone determination
(1)
The Director of Biosecurity must revoke a biosecurity activity zone determination if the Director is satisfied that it is no longer necessary for powers to be exercised in, or in relation to, the zone in accordance with section 399.
(2)
A revocation of a biosecurity activity zone determination made under subsection (1) is a legislative instrument, but section 42 (disallowance) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to the revocation.
(3)
A revocation of a biosecurity activity zone determination takes effect immediately after it is made.
