425 Date of effect of revocation
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the revocation of an approved arrangement under this Division takes effect:
(a)
on the day the notice under section 424 is given; or
(b)
if a later day is specified in that notice—on that later day.
(2)
If the biosecurity industry participant covered by the approved arrangement was given:
(a)
a notice under subsection 435A(1) that included the invitation referred to in paragraph 435A(2)(d) in relation to the revocation; or
(b)
a notice under paragraph 410(2)(b);
the revocation must not take effect before the end of 14 days after the notice is given.
