58 Offence for failing to comply with a requirement
A person commits an offence of strict liability if:
(a)
the person is required to answer a question, or provide written information, under this Division; and
(b)
the person fails to answer the question or provide the information as required.
Note:
For offences of strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
