614H Delegation
The Health Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of the Health Minister’s powers under section 614B to:
the Health Secretary; or
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Health Department; or
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in a Department of State of the Commonwealth other than the Health Department.

The Health Minister may, by writing, delegate the Health Minister’s power under section 614C to:
the Health Secretary; or
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Health Department.
For delegation of powers by the Agriculture Minister, see section 643.
In exercising any powers under a delegation under this section, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Health Minister.
