73 When direction to comply with biosecurity measure ceases to be in force
A direction given in accordance with paragraph 72(5)(a) for an individual to comply with a biosecurity measure included in a human biosecurity control order ceases to be in force if:
the period of 28 days after the day the direction was given ends; or
a new notice is given to the individual in accordance with either paragraph 72(5)(a) or (b); or
the measure is removed from the human biosecurity control order; or
the individual makes an application under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 for an order of review of a decision to give a direction in accordance with paragraph 72(5)(a), the application is finally determined, and as a result of the order made in relation to the application the individual is not required to comply with the measure; or
in relation to an isolation measure or a traveller movement measure—the decision to give the direction is set aside by the Administrative Review Tribunal; or
in relation to a traveller movement measure—the measure ceases to be in force; or
in any case—the human biosecurity control order ceases to be in force.
