99 Content of traveller movement measure alert
A notification under section 98 must include the following:
the name of the individual in relation to whom the traveller movement measure is in force and the number of his or her:
Australian travel document (within the meaning of the Australian Passports Act 2005); or
passport or other travel document, issued to the individual by or on behalf of the government of a foreign country;
a statement that:
a traveller movement measure is in force in relation to the individual; and
the individual must not board an outgoing passenger aircraft or vessel while the measure is in force;
the period during which the measure is in force;
any known travel details of the individual;
details of a chief human biosecurity officer who can be contacted for information in relation to the measure;
any other information prescribed by the regulations.
Information disclosed under this section must be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
