16 Amendments made by the Biosecurity (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026
(1)
The amendments of subsection 10(3) made by Schedule 2 to the Biosecurity (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026 apply in relation to an application made on or after the commencement of this section.
(2)
The amendments of subsections 10(4) and (4A) made by Schedule 2 to the Biosecurity (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026 apply in relation to a vessel that enters the destination part on or after the commencement of this section.
