10 Transfer of datacasting licences
(1)
A datacasting licensee may transfer the licence to another qualified entity.
(2)
A transferee of a datacasting licence must, within 7 days after the transfer, notify the ACMA of the transfer.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2A)
Subclause (2) is an offence of strict liability.
Note:
For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
(3)
A notification must be in accordance with a form approved in writing by the ACMA.
