121FN Records of broadcasts
The Minister for Foreign Affairs may, by written notice given to the ACMA, direct the ACMA to:
(a)
obtain specified records from an international broadcasting licensee under section 121FF; and
(b)
give the records to the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
