This section sets out examples of matters that may be dealt with by industry codes and industry standards.
The applicability of a particular example will depend on which section of the industry is involved.
The examples are as follows:
the labelling of domestic reception equipment;
electronic program guides, including the provision of information for the purpose of compiling electronic program guides;
the numbering of digital services, including the use of logical channel numbers;
application program interfaces (within the meaning of section 130A);
conditional access systems (within the meaning of section 130A);
the updating of software used in domestic reception equipment.
