130ZE ACMA to maintain register of conditional access schemes
(1)
The ACMA is to maintain a Register in which the ACMA includes any conditional access schemes required to be registered under section 130ZC or 130ZCA.
(2)
The Register is to be maintained by electronic means.
(3)
The Register is to be made available for inspection on the ACMA’s website.
(4)
The Register is not a legislative instrument.
