144 Application to Federal Court
If the ACMA is satisfied that a person is providing subscription radio broadcasting services, subscription narrowcasting services or open narrowcasting services otherwise than in accordance with the relevant class licence, the ACMA may apply to the Federal Court for an order that the person cease providing those services.
If the Federal Court is satisfied, on such an application, that the person is providing subscription radio broadcasting services, subscription narrowcasting services or open narrowcasting services otherwise than in accordance with the relevant class licence, the Federal Court may order the person to cease providing those services.
