Complaints relating to anti‑siphoning

If a person believes that a media content service provider to whom section 146W applies has breached the civil penalty provision in subsection (2) of that section, the person may make a complaint to the ACMA about the matter.

Note:

Section 146W deals with anti‑siphoning restrictions in relation to persons who provide media content services, other than commercial television broadcasting licensees and national broadcasters.
