177 Production of documents for inspection
The ACMA may, by notice in writing given to a person, require the person:
(a)
to make available for inspection by a member of the staff of the ACMA any documents in the possession of the person that may contain information relevant to the subject matter of an investigation by the ACMA; and
(b)
to permit that member to make copies of any such documents.
