27 Minister may direct the ACMA about the exercise of its powers
(1)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, give the ACMA a direction about the exercise of the powers conferred on the ACMA by this Schedule (other than Part 4 or 5).
(2)
The ACMA must comply with a direction under subclause (1).
