55 Limitation on numbers of directorships—television
(3)
A person must not be:
(a)
a director of a company that is in a position to exercise control of a commercial television broadcasting licence; and
(b)
a director of a company that is in a position to exercise control of another commercial television broadcasting licence;
if each of those licences have the same licence area.
(4)
A person must not be:
(a)
a director of a company that is in a position to exercise control of a commercial television broadcasting licence; and
(b)
in a position to exercise control of another commercial television broadcasting licence;
if each of those licences have the same licence area.
