86 Conditions of community broadcasting licences
(1)
Each community broadcasting licence is subject to:
(a)
the conditions set out in Part 5 of Schedule 2; and
(b)
such other conditions as are imposed under section 87.
(2)
In addition, CTV licences are subject to such other conditions as are imposed by or under section 87A.
